1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and booking an In-Home Audit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description and Fees

Vesta partners provide professional In-Home Audits for residential bathroom renovations. There is a service fee charged at the time of booking the In-Home Audit. This helps us focus on a client who is ready to proceed with their project.

3. Audit Fee Credit & Value

Project Credit: If you choose to proceed with a committed and completed renovation project with Vesta, 100% of the audit fee will be credited toward your final project balance.

Deliverables: Should you choose not to proceed with a renovation project through Vesta, the audit fee covers the in-home visit, a detailed audit report, and a professional scope of work. These documents are yours to keep and may be used to obtain quotes from other contractors.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled audit are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

5. Liability

The In-Home Audit is a visual inspection designed to assist in project planning and scope definition. Vesta is not liable for hidden structural, electrical, or plumbing defects that are not detectable through standard visual inspection methods.

6. Intellectual Property

The reports and scopes of work generated during your audit are for your personal use.
