1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and filling out the form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description and Fees

Reno Dreams offers an initial phone consult and for qualifying potential clients, a free on-site consult as well after which a free estimate is provided. A free estimate will give client a range of what the investment would be. To get a final locked-in quote, client would need to meet again with a Reno Dreams representative to select specific materials for the renovation. Then Reno Dreams will provide a final quote as well as a detailed scope of work. This second stage will be a paid service that would cover the time and personnel resources availed to the client up to that point. This helps us focus on a client who is ready to proceed with their project.

3. Audit Fee Credit & Value

Project Credit: If you choose to proceed with a committed and completed renovation project with Reno Dreams, 100% of the service fee will be credited toward your final project balance.

Deliverables: Should you choose not to proceed with a renovation project through Reno Dreams, the service fee covers the in-home visit, a detailed report, and a professional scope of work. These documents are yours to keep and may be used to obtain quotes from other contractors.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled final quote meeting are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

5. Liability

The In-Home visit is a visual inspection designed to assist in project planning and scope definition. Reno Dreams is not liable for hidden structural, electrical, or plumbing defects that are not detectable through standard visual inspection methods.

6. Intellectual Property

The reports and scopes of work generated after your final-quote visit are for your personal use.
